Sanjay Paal's Story

“I can cut, wash, dry, and sell the scraps on the same day. I have all the necessary machines to work faster than any other scrap dealer in this area” said Sanjay. His family is extremely supportive of his decisions because those decisions got them out of poverty.

He added, “Two years ago there were no safety measures or personal protection adapted by the scrap dealers. But now the roads are clean too. Our shops have seen a better structure.” According to him, the training made everything better. The dealers know more about business now. And it has become easier. He has also been contributing to the association as much as he can.

I started my journey with only one cutter in 2005. I continued my journey and now I am very successful. So I know I can do more.
